Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when payments made to FlowmaticAI can and cannot be refunded. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and is effective from 04 October 2026.

1. Setup Fee

  • The setup fee is non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • "Commenced" is defined as: the first design or development session has been completed.

2. Monthly Retainer

  • The retainer can be cancelled with 7 days written notice to connect@flowmaticai.tech.
  • The current month's retainer is non-refundable.
  • Future months will not be charged after we confirm your cancellation.

3. Ad Spend

  • FlowmaticAI does not manage client ad budgets directly.
  • Ad spend paid to Meta or Google is subject to those platforms' own refund policies.

4. Exceptions

A refund will be considered only if FlowmaticAI fails to deliver any agreed deliverable within 30 days of the agreed deadline with no communication. Any approved refund is limited to the amount paid for the undelivered deliverable.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Email connect@flowmaticai.tech with the subject: “Refund Request - [Your Name]”.
  • Include your invoice number and the reason for your request.
  • We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method.
