Data Deletion Instructions

Use either of these options:

• Email: write to connect@flowmaticai.tech with the subject “Delete my data”.
• WhatsApp: send “Delete my data” to our WhatsApp Business number +91 89420 31779.

Include your name and the phone number and/or email address you used with us, so we can find your records. To protect you, we may confirm the request by contacting you on that phone number or email before deleting anything.

• Your enquiry record in our CRM: name, phone, email, business details and form answers.
• Data received from Facebook and Instagram lead forms.
• Our WhatsApp, SMS and email conversation history with you.
• AI voice call transcripts, recordings (if any) and call summaries.
• Any scheduled follow-up messages, which are cancelled straight away.

We may keep a minimal record where the law requires it, for example invoices and payment records for tax purposes, or a note of your phone number on a do-not-contact list so we never message you again. This data is not used for any other purpose.

We acknowledge deletion requests within 72 hours and complete them within 30 days. We will confirm by email or WhatsApp once your data has been deleted.

Deleting your data from FlowmaticAI does not delete the copy Meta keeps of the lead forms you submitted on Facebook or Instagram. To manage that, use your Facebook or Instagram settings (Settings & privacy → Accounts Centre → Your information and permissions) or see the Meta Privacy Policy.
